Breast Augmentation with Saline or Silicone Implants is Ideal for all women of all Ages as performed by Dr. Dean Kane, Cosmetic Surgeon of Baltimore Maryland.

For the smaller breasted woman or the women who don’t like the shape or size of their breasts, Breast Augmenation, is often the solution.

Whether Dr. Dean Kane uses saline or the new FDA Silicone Gel implants, he inserts the implants through a very small incision along the areola and again, no scars are placed on the breast. Recovery for breast implant surgery is usually a week. The new Silicone Gel implants are incredible; they do not  leak and stay beautifully soft. Women who feel that they need a Breast Lift and an Implant , most of the time Dr. Dean Kane can use the simple donut mastopexy and places the implant under the muscle. Women get the benefit of a larger and uplifted breast with minimal scarring on the breast.

Recovery is usually 2 weeks. When women have large saggy breasts, but very little breast tissue, the Traditional Breast Lift is used to remove the extra skin and a silicone or saline implant provides the volume to give a perky and lifted breast.

All surgeries are performed in Dr. Dean Kane’s accredited operating room under sedation anesthesia at his Maryland Center for Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Dean Kane sees patients from all of Maryland, as well as, our neighboring counties in Pennsylvania, Washington, DC, Delaware, New Jersey and the Maryland Eastern Shore.  In Maryland, patients come from Baltimore, Annapolis,  Bel Air, Berlin, Carney, Chesapeake City, Cockeysville, Columbia, Crofton, Edgewater, Eldersburg, Elkridge, Ellicott City, Essex, Finksburg, Forest Hill, Fort Meade, Frederick, Germantown, Havre De Grace,  Jarrettsville, Joppa, Laurel, Lochearn, Mays Chapel, Mechanicsville, Middle River, Monkton,  New Market, Odenton, Olney, Overlea, Owings Mills, Oxen Hill, Parkton,  Pasadena, Perry Hall, Phoenix, Pikesville, Reisterstown, Rising Sun, Guilford, Severn, Severna Park, Sykesville, Towson,  Westminster and White Marsh.
